Returns & Exchanges

At Team Liquid, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
